When the sales order is ready to be shipped to the customer, there is no need to re-enter the document information, and you can directly create a bill of sale from the sales order.

1.Create a bill of sale from Sales Order

click the icon 

Enter Shipped Qty，You can ship the entire order qty at one time, or you can ship in batches,  you can enter the qty for each shipment.

Click Preview button

2.Sales order status updates automatically

Status Definitions for Sales Orders:

Completed: The order qty for each item in the sales order has been shipped.

Partially Shipped: Some have been shipped but not all completed.

Pending:All unshipped.

3.View or modify bill of sale created from sales order.
