What is purchase return?

A purchase return occurs when a buyer returns goods which had purchased from a supplier.

1.Create a purchase return

select supplier,goods
The quantity and amount are negative because of the purchase return.
If the supplier has return back the money, click the paid button and select the settlement account

click Preview button
