Step 2: Enter customer information as required

1. Custoemr Code
The customer code needs to be unique and cannot be repeated.

2. Price Type
Retail Price: Retail price is for retail customers.
Wholesale Price: Wholesale prices are for wholesale customers
Customer-Specific Price: Customer-Specific Pricing is a strategy where businesses offer different prices to different customers for the same goods or services, based on factors like their purchase history, loyalty, or negotiation.

If you need other price types, please go to [Settings] - [System Settings] -ITEM, enable the custom price type, and then re-download the customer import template.

When creating a sales document, select the customer first, then select items, the system will automatically display the price according to the customer type.

Multi-contact

For multiple contacts, each contact is separated by a semicolon.

For multiple addresses, each address is separated by a semicolon.
