1. Price Type
Retail price: Retail price is for retail customers.
Wholesale Price: Wholesale prices are for wholesale customers
Customer-Specific Price: Customer-Specific Pricing is a strategy where businesses offer different prices to different customers for the same goods or services, based on factors like their purchase history, loyalty, or negotiation.

 

If you need other price types, please go to [Settings] - [System Settings] -ITEM, enable the custom price type, and then re-download the customer import template.

 


2.Discount Rate
If you set a discount rate here, all items will give the same discount to this customer.
If only some products have discounts, don't set discounts here, you can set discounts when creating sales documents.

3. Initial receivables
refers to the amount due from a customer that is owed prior to the use of the system.
